1. About GroList
GroList is a service of BMB Global Trading, LLC. It provides a white-label grocery pre-stocking and meal-planning platform for villa hosts, rental managers and hospitality operators in the Dominican Republic. Host companies run the service under their own brand on their own subdomain; their guests contract with them, not with GroList.
These terms cover this website. Use of the platform by a host company is governed by the separate written service agreement signed with that company; where the two conflict, that agreement prevails.
2. Using this site
You may browse this site and submit an enquiry. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer the platform, or gain unauthorized access to any system or tenant data. We may suspend access for any of the above.
3. Enquiries and demos
Submitting the form on this site starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, reserve capacity or guarantee onboarding. Pricing, fees, service levels and launch dates are only binding once set out in a signed agreement.
4. Guest orders belong to the host company
Where a guest places an order on a host company's GroList-powered site, that order is between the guest and the host company. The host company sets its own prices, service area, refund handling and delivery commitments, engages its own shoppers, and is responsible for fulfilling them. BMB Global Trading, LLC collects only the online pre-stocking fee; grocery totals and shopper fees are settled between the guest and the shopper. GroList provides the software and processes data on the host's instructions.
5. Content and intellectual property
GroList, its logo, this site and the platform are owned by BMB Global Trading, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Host-company names, logos and marks shown on this site are used with permission and remain the property of their owners.
6. No warranty for site content
Marketing content on this site — including examples, timelines and figures — is illustrative and provided "as is", without warranty. It is not a commitment about the performance of the service in any particular deployment.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dominican law, BMB Global Trading, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the site change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the Dominican courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
